Ms. Moitreyee Singh Roy,
Managing Director
Mrs. Moitreyee Singh Roy a Post Graduate in Economics is a first generation
entrepreneur who ventured as an IT education provider in 1994.
An enthusiastic and a dynamic personality, Ms Singh Roy looks after
the overall operations of the group including HR and administration.
She is Managing Director of both SSAPL and ISPL.

Mr Amit Singha, Director
An enthusiastic and a young personality, Mr. Amit Singha has been associated with the SSAPL group for over 8 years. He is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and has done a fast track General Management Programme from IIM Bangalore. Mainly based at Mumbai, he looks after the Finance and Administration of the group and is also responsible for overall Mumbai Operations.He is also a director in Transcription South Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SSAPL located at Clearwater, Florida. |

Mr. Nikunj Kumar Ghosh
– Senior Manager – Technology
Mr. Nikunj Kumar Ghosh is a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate from NIIT Ltd. (India’s premier IT Training Institute) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He is also holding a PG Diploma in Marketing Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Management College. He has been associated with our group for over 12 years. He previously served as a Sr. Manager Operations of our medical transcription unit, where he demonstrated his strong commitment to operational performance and leadership. Mr. Ghosh has extensive experience in business management, software development, product development and delivery, technical diligence, customer support and understanding technology trends for which he has now been assigned the new role of the Technical head of the organization. He presently heads the ASP Team and is responsible for its development, successful launch and implementation and responsible for leading the Product Development team; over the past 3 years, he has successfully recruited and built a core team specializing in Application Development, Testing, Provisioning and Support. His leadership and motivational skills has resulted in this product developed in record time. He has successfully developed several healthcare products including clinical document management product and several utility tools helping Transcriptionists and Physicians manage clinical documentation.

Mr. Sanjay Dutta - Senior
Manager Business Development & Operations (MT Kolkatta)
A postgraduate in Commerce, Mr. Dutta is associated with our group
since its inception in 1994. He carries with himself rich experience
in Marketing and Finance in MNCs and other Indian companies.
Presently, Mr. Dutta has been assigned some important project and
is also responsible for coordinating with our international clients
for new business development. Previously he was associated with our
IT training and education division as the Profit Center Head serving
for over five years with distinction. He has been the foremost architect
in streamlining the operational and production aspects of our Transcription
division. Mr. Dutta has also undergone formal training in Coding and
Billing and is spearheading the organisation’s initiative of
diversifying into these new ventures. |

Mr. Sriram Iyengar– Senior
Manager Marketing
An MBA with specialization in Marketing, Mr. Iyengar carries with
him fourteen years of rich experience in the ITES Industry. Before
joining our group, he was the Director of Infotech Botswana (Pty)
Ltd. which is based in Botswana, Africa. He was in Africa for 6 years
executing several large IT projects for Ministry of Education and
Ministry of Home and Labor Affairs.
Mr. Iyengar is responsible for the marketing activities of the
group including penetration and development of major accounts and
new prospects, performing sales presentations, negotiating contracts,
and closing new business deals. |

Soumendu Banerjee
- Manager Operations and Quality (Kolkata)
He has a decade long experience in Medical Transcription and has been
associated with this group for over 8 years. He is presently handling
both Operations and Quality of the Kolkata branch. He has served in
various capacities in many large transcription companies across the
country.
He is a Graduate in Commerce and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. |

Mr. Bertram Serpes
– Operations, Quality, & Training Departments in Mumbai
Mr. Bertram Serpes, a Bachelor of Science, has been associated with
our group since its inception (1999). He is one of the oldest employees
of the group and has grown from a Medical Transcriptionist to Manager
and presently heads the Medical Transcription Operations, Quality,
& Training Departments in Mumbai. He is responsible for streamlining
and integration of the Operations and Quality Process and also for
successful implementation of the Medical Transcription Training Programs.
He is also responsible for executing and delivering services, client
interactions, performance review and monitoring and productivity enhancements
for our Mumbai Transcription division. |
