Ms. Moitreyee Singh Roy,
Managing Director
Mrs. Moitreyee Singh Roy a Post Graduate in Economics is a first generation
entrepreneur who ventured as an IT education provider in 1994.
An enthusiastic and a dynamic personality, Ms Singh Roy looks after
the overall operations of the group including HR and administration.
She is Managing Director of both SSAPL and ISPL. She is also a Director
of Transcription South, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SSAPL.

Mr Amit Singha, Director
An enthusiastic and a dynamic personality, Mr. Amit Singha has been
associated with the group for over 5 years. He is a Commerce Graduate
from Mumbai University and has done a fast track General Management
Programme from IIM Bangalore. Based at Mumbai, he looks after the
finance and administration of the group. Mr. Singha is a Director
of both SSAPL and ISPL. |

Mr. Terry Peteete, Director
For 30 years Mr. Peteete has worked in business development; usually
in a form of systems technology. Half of this time he has lived outside
the U.S. (Asia, Europe and Middle East). During his career, he has
worked to establish and build business activities in nearly 75 countries,
working for renowned companies such as Lockheed and Cessna aircraft
companies and Thomas De La Rue (UK). His present responsibilities
include management of investments in medical transcription outsourcing
(domestic and international). Mr. Peteete has earned several degrees
in pertinent areas: a B.A. in Sociology and two Masters degrees, one
in International Management and one in Finance.

Mr. S P Sikder, Chief
Financial Officer
Mr. Sikder joined this organization in 1996 and has an overall experience
of twenty five years in various organizations. He looks after the
total Finance, Accounting and Taxation aspects of the whole group.
Mr. Sikder is a postgraduate in Commerce and holds a postgraduate
Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.

Mrs. Jayita Bandyopadhyay
, Company Secretary & Legal Advisor
Mrs. Jayita Bandyopadhyay is an honours graduate in Commerce and a
qualified Company Secretary. She has been associated with our group
for over six years.
A young and dynamic person, Mrs. Bandyopadhyay looks after all
the secretarial, legal and statutory matters of the entire group
including mergers and acquisitions and other corporate services
of strategic importance. She is also a qualified Lead Auditor under
ISO 9001:2000 standards and spearheads the quality initiatives of
our entire group. |

Mr. Nikunj Kumar Ghosh
– Senior Manager – Technology
Mr. Nikunj Kumar
Ghosh, a Bachelor of Science, a GNIIT and MCSE has been associated
with our group for over 8 years. He previously served as a Sr. Manager
Operations of our medical transcription unit, where he demonstrated
his strong commitment to operational performance and leadership.
Mr. Ghosh has extensive experience in business management, software
development, product development and delivery, technical diligence,
customer support and understanding technology trends for which he
has now been assigned the new role of the Technical head of the
organization.
He is presently guiding the team which handles the company’s
ASP project – its development, successful launch and implementation.

Mr. Sanjay Dutta - Senior
Manager Business Development & Operations (MT Kolkatta)
A postgraduate in Commerce, Mr. Dutta is associated with our group
since its inception in 1994. He carries with himself rich experience
in Marketing and Finance in MNCs and other Indian companies.
Presently, Mr. Dutta has been assigned some important project and
is also responsible for coordinating with our international clients
for new business development. Previously he was associated with our
IT training and education division as the Profit Center Head serving
for over five years with distinction. He has been the foremost architect
in streamlining the operational and production aspects of our Transcription
division. Mr. Dutta has also undergone formal training in Coding and
Billing and is spearheading the organisation’s initiative of
diversifying into these new ventures. |

Mr. Sriram Iyengar– USA
Country Head
An MBA with specialization in Marketing, Mr. Iyengar carries with
him fourteen years of rich experience in the ITES Industry. Before
joining our group, he was the Director of Infotech Botswana (Pty)
Ltd. which is based in Botswana, Africa. He was in Africa for 6 years
executing several large IT projects for Ministry of Education and
Ministry of Home and Labor Affairs.
Mr. Iyengar is responsible for the marketing activities of the
group including penetration and development of major accounts and
new prospects, performing sales presentations, negotiating contracts,
and closing new business deals. He is currently based in our office
at Florida, USA. |
