A postgraduate in Commerce, Mr. Dutta is associated with our group since its inception in 1994. He carries with himself rich experience in Marketing and Finance in MNCs and other Indian companies.

Presently, Mr. Dutta is heading the Medical Transcription Operations in Kolkata and is also responsible for coordinating with our international clients for new business development. Previously he was associated with our IT training and education division as the Profit Center Head serving for over five years with distinction. He has been the foremost architect in streamlining the operational and production aspects of our Transcription division. Mr. Dutta has also undergone formal training in Coding and Billing and is spearheading the organisation’s initiative of diversifying into these new ventures.

Dr. Moushumi Chaudhuri is a Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) from Kolkata University with experience of over 11 years in practicing Medicine in renowned corporate house and hospitals before joining the Infovision family.

One of the oldest employees of the group, Dr. Chaudhuri presently heads the Quality Assurance team of the Transcription division in Kolkata and is responsible for maintaining quality levels to customer satisfaction. She coordinates with the client on all aspects of quality, visiting clients at their sites for better coordination, and streamlining the quality process.

Dr. Neeldeepsingh Sarvaiya is a Bachelor of Medicine from University of Pune and has been associated with our group for more than 8 years.

He heads the Training and Quality Departments of the Transcription Division in Mumbai. He is responsible for streamlining and integration of the quality process and also for successful implementation of the Medical Transcription training programmes.

An MBA with specialization in Marketing, Mr. Iyengar carries with him fourteen years of rich experience in the ITES Industry. Before joining our group, he was the Director of Infotech Botswana (Pty) Ltd. which is based in Botswana, Africa. He was in Africa for 6 years executing several large IT projects for Ministry of Education and Ministry of Home and Labor Affairs.

Mr. Iyengar is responsible for the marketing activities of the group including penetration and development of major accounts and new prospects, performing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing new business deals. He is currently based in our office at Florida, USA.

Mr. Amarjyoti Roy has around 16 years of valuable experience with Major Indian and US MNCs in the areas of Sales & Marketing of IT Education, Business Management and Operations Management. He has donned different mantles during his exciting career that included stints in Sales and marketing as well as Corporate Communications and Brand management.

He is responsible for the business development of the group. Essentially a self-motivator who spearheads the direction and growth of the business development activities of the organisation. He is currently based in our office at Florida, USA.

Mr. Ghosh, a Bachelor of Science, a GNIIT and MCSE has been associated with our group for over 6 years. He was very closely involved in the setting up and day-to-day operations of our Medical Transcription unit at Kolkata.

He presently heads the ASP Team and is responsible for its development, successful launch and implementation.

Ms. Gusain, an MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management has been associated with our group for over two and half years. She carries with herself around 8 years of experience in both operations and HR in the BPO sector.

Presently, she looks after the overall HR activities of our group in Mumbai and is actively involved in recruitment, training, employee benefit schemes, salary administration, incentive scheme, attendance management, corporate communication etc.

Mr. Dasgupta, a BSc. and a post-graduate in Human Resource Development from All India Management Association has worked in various capacities in organizations like Tata Tea Ltd, Skypak Service Specialists Ltd. and Globsyn Technologies Ltd. and has experience of over 16 years in the field of Personnel, Industrial Relations and HRD. He has been associated with our group for over two years.

He looks after the overall HR activities of our group in Kolkata including recruitment, training, employee benefit schemes, salary administration, incentive scheme, attendance management, corporate communication etc.
